South Gippsland Water bills three times a year in January, May and September.
South Gippsland Water has one of the lowest average residential tariffs in the state, and for its size, nationally.
We also have programs in place for any of our customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties.

Your bill contains separate charges for:
- Water volume
- Water service
- Sewerage (wastewater) service.
