Upgrading Leongatha’s Water Treatment Plant

Leongatha residents may notice an increased amount of traffic and activity at Leongatha’s Water Treatment Plant over the coming weeks, as we continue our work to upgrade the facility at Harvey’s Road, Ruby.

These works are part of a suite we’ve been working on to upgrade the chlorination system, chlorination controls and disinfection including a new UV (Ultraviolet Light) System. The upgrades will ensure high quality, safe, clean drinking water to the town’s residents into the future.
