Storage and Rainfall Update
Monday, December 11th, 2017
Rainfall was recorded at South Gippsland Water’s storages from 1st – 7th December 2017. Lance Creek 98mm, Ruby Creek 95mm, Coalition Creek 97mm, Deep Creek 91mm, Little Bass 105mm and Battery Creek 43mm.
Mark Lynch Manager of Technical Services South Gippsland Water said, “Extensive rainfall in all catchments has provided a boost to all systems. It is interesting to note that despite rainfall above 90mm catchments have dried out, thus limiting run off into water storages”
